Due to the modular nature of the design, various unit sizes and configurations are possible. The following are standard unit sizes on offer.
All units are 2,1m high internally
Unit A 1.5 sqm 1,2m x 1,2m
Unit B 3 sqm 2,4m x 1,2m
Unit C 6 sqm 2,4m x 2,4m
Unit D 9 sqm 3,6m x 2,4m
Unit E 12 sqm 4,8m x 2,4m
Access – dual access points may be available on larger units with wide double doors opening through 180 degrees for optimum convenience

terms & conditions
- Units are rented on a month to month basis subject to availability
- Contract – rental of units is by way of a basic rental contract which needs to be signed prior to occupation
- Payment – is due on or before the 1st of the month
- Deposit – equivalent to one month’s rental is due
- Contents – only items as identified in the rental contract will be permitted. Certain items are specifically excluded
- Access – building occupants is all hours; other occupants office hours
